Matthew Topham has always lived in Cambridgeshire and during his childhood he was brought up on a working family farm. During the last few years Matthew has studied a vast range of subjects: Agriculture to Fine Art and Business Studies to Photography. In spite of having learning difficulties; deafness and partial sight, Matthew has managed to complete his education with a degree in Art and Media (specialising in Fine Art and Photography) at the University College for Creative Arts at Farnham, Surrey
In his last year of University he produce unique pieces of artwork called "Mechanical Landscapes" photographing crushed cars and changing their colours and texture, the University bought one of his works for their personal collection. Matthew was then asked to exhibit his works at the Surrey Graduate's exhibition. In February 2007 Lloyds TSB exhibited his "Mechanical Landscape" work in London.
After his degree he went travelling for 7 months around the world on his own and gained stronger experience in photography. His latest photographic collection is called "Fraser's Shipwreck" using sepia colour and making the pictures more contrast, allowing the picture become more rustistic.
Matthew likes to produce photographic images and he like to use digital techniques in his pictures. He is now aiming to become a commission digital artist and photographer.
