AND IF IT WAS IT CAN'T BE IS was titled by Mark Titchner who also designed the festival artwork, which is now a limited edition print and which can be purchased online here. It was programmed by Donna Lynas with Gareth Bell Jones at Wysing Arts Centre with support from Bad Timing, Escalator Music and Norwich Arts Centre, and funded by Arts Council England.
