If you're concerned that you won't be flexible enough, then don't worry. Flexibility and the ability to meditate are not a requirement but something we can cultivate. The body, mind and breath are intrinsically linked and Yoga is a practice of bringing our awareness to the connectivity of these elements. If yoga is something you’ve been meaning to try or something you are just curious about - then this is the series of classes for you.
