Join us on a journey to our futures, 25 years and beyond; who will we be, what will we be doing, how and where will we be living? Three family workshops aimed at children aged 5 - 10 years will be led by artist Becky Palmer and include illustration, photo montage and collage techniques.

Spring Half Term Workshops: Future Forecasts

Tuesday 18 February 10.30am – 12.30pm
Workshop 1: Sci-Fi Selfies & Future Photo Albums

Who will we be, what will we look like, what will be doing in the future? Using drawing, collage and photography we will help you create selfies and stories for and from the future.

Wednesday 19 February 10.30am – 12.30pm
Workshop 2: Scene and Scenarios & Future Travels

We will be imagining where we will live and the places we will visit the future; perhaps underground, underwater, in outer space or somewhere as yet unimagined.

Thursday 20 February 10.30am – 12.30pm
Workshop 3: Forecasts for the Future

Using images and text be a future teller and make a forecast album telling stories of our everyday lives in the future and imagine adventures beyond what we know already.
