The over-arching theme of Wysing Arts Centre’s artistic programme during 2015 will be The Multiverse, an unverified theory within physics that proposes the potential for a set of multiple universes which together comprise everything that exists.

There two residency periods during 2015, 23 March – 10 May 2015 and 9 November – 20 December 2015. Artists in residence will be selected through an Open Call which closes on 22 December 2014.

Five artists have been invited to be in-residence at Wysing for six weeks during late autumn/early winter 2014. They are:

Olivier Castel, Julia Crabtree & William Evans, Jesse Darling and Alice Theobald.

Futurecamp is a ten week residency and intrinsic events programme across the summer of 2014. Artists who will be in-residence are Bonnie Camplin (UK), David Raymond Conroy (UK), Patrick Goddard (UK), Daniel Keller (USA), Rachel Maclean (UK), Shana Moulton (USA), Ahmet Öğüt (TR/NL), Rachel Reupke (UK), James Richards (UK) and Tracey Rose (ZA).

The Live/Work studio at Wysing is a combined home and studio space where artists, curators, writer and musicians come for longer periods of time to research new work. During 2013 the studio was occupied by artist Gustav Metzger, in 2012 by Jamie Shovlin and during 2014 curator Kathy Noble worked from the studio.
