The International Camp for Improbable Thinking was a three-month residency by artists Asli Cavusoglu, Andy Holden, Fabiano Marques, Julie Myers, Emily Rosamund and Bedwyr Williams, alongside curator Christina Green, all of whom were exploring ‘the improbable’ in their work. Their work was collectively presented at The Cambridge Conflab on 15 January 2011.

Phil Root spent nearly a year in our Live/Work studio, focussing on making a new series of paintings. During his time at Wying he met Giles Round, who was in-residence as part of the Department of Wrong Answers. The two later formed The Grantchester Pottery.
