Circuit Study Weekend

Come and explore Wysing’s site and the current exhibition, The Practice of Theories, in these artist led workshops.

We'll be using different 'interfaces' or tools including go-pros, probing cameras, pin hole cameras, 3D scanners, and metal detectors to explore Wysing and make artwork from imagery we collect.

Explore different ways of looking and different ways of displaying artwork. The workshops involve opportunities to make your own camera or interface, and to create a lot of artwork (including drawing, collaging and sculpting) which can be taken away with you.

The workshops are led by exhibiting artist Takeshi Shiomitso, and our young people's group Circuit Cambridge, and are for young people aged 15-25. You don’t need any previous experience – so if you’re interested in getting creative, working with an artist or you would just like to meet new people - come along, you can join for one or both days.

FREE transport from Cambridge City Centre is available – please CONTACT US to book travel. Please bring along a packed lunch.
